The transition from secondary school to college can be easy for some and challenging for others, but this is an exciting opportunity and we are working hard to ensure you all get the best start to college in September and we look forward to meeting you.
We are aware that some of you are holding offers for a place at Kirklees College and have not had the opportunity to speak to any tutors about your course. We have also been approached by some applicants who are wanting to start doing some research and preparation for their new course in September which is fantastic!
We have some video tours of our centres which you can watch, so why not take a look around watch here.
To help you prepare for your new course we have created some handy course factsheets. We are also working on some transition packs which will include recommended reading lists, equipment lists and some pre-enrolment tasks which will be linked to your chosen course.
If you have any questions about your course, or would like to talk to a tutor directly then you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to forward your questions to a tutor for a response, or arrange for them to contact you. We have a list of frequently asked questions for applicants on our website.
We are currently planning our enrolment dates and times for August. The enrolment section of our website will be updated by July, and all applicants will receive an enrolment appointment and information in the post closer to the time.
