Employment
At Kirklees College, we are dedicated to providing our students with the best educational experience available. In addition to supporting students to develop knowledge in the classroom, we are passionate about helping students to gain the skills they need to successfully progress in their chosen career. Our Career & Personal Development Passport and Placement Programmes support students to achieve this.
Get your degree
Kirklees College has around 500 students each year progressing on to degree level qualifications in both universities and Further Education colleges.
Our students are accessing a wide range of degree programmes such as Midwifery, Nursing, Art and Design Subjects, Zoology, Optometry, Criminology, Architecture and Civil Engineering to name a few. Vocational qualifications will not close the door for those students wanting to apply for degree level study and we have a dedicated careers team that will help with completing the UCAS process.
