This introduction to Confectionary Craft will help you develop your skills so you can impress your friends. Come and experience working in our state of the art training kitchens. During the course you will make modern and classic French style goods, including a range of cakes and pastries.

This introduction to Confectionary Craft will help you develop your skills so you can impress your friends. Come and experience working in our state of the art training kitchens. During the course you will make modern and classic French style goods, including a range of cakes and pastries.
All ingredients are provided, you just need to bring your own apron and a container to take home your goods. You will also learn the preparation and decoration tricks of the professionals. Sessions will be on Tuesday, 5:30pm – 8.30pm and will last for 6 weeks.
