Kirklees College is hosting Adult Information Evenings on Tuesday 2 November at Pioneer Higher Skills Centre in Dewsbury and Wednesday 3 November at Huddersfield Centre.
Running between 5pm and 7pm, adults aged 19 and over will be able to explore the courses they are interested in, hear from our tutors and discover what Kirklees College has to offer.
The college’s specialist adult courses offer learners a route to returning to education, self-improvement or a career change. With a wide range of part-time, professional and online courses for adults in a variety of different subject areas, our Adult Learning offer aims to support learners to upskill, retrain and learn new skills.
The Adult Information Evenings offer an opportunity to meet our passionate staff who can help learners to improve their job prospects and choose the right course to help learners become work-ready or to secure a promotion in their current workplace.
Learners will be able to take part in activities and watch practical demonstrations to gain an insight into what to expect from our courses, as well as learn more about health and wellbeing courses and financial support available. Employer partners will also be in attendance to discuss work opportunities and career development.
