Jane Simpson, Executive Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development said:

“It was a pleasure to hold our fifth KC Star Awards. These awards are held to recognise the outstanding staff at the college.

The only way we can successfully achieve our mission of ‘Creating Opportunities, Changing Lives’ is through having creative, dedicated, caring and professional people in our workforce. Kirklees College is blessed with many wonderful staff, committed to the highest standards of public service.

It is, therefore, a great pleasure to celebrate the achievements of some of these colleagues, who through the outstanding quality of their work had been nominated by their peers as Kirklees College Stars. I am very proud to be a part of the KC Community.”
