You will also cover Sales Management: strategies for increasing salon revenue and performance, and Public Relations (PR) in Hair and Beauty: managing marketing, branding, and PR campaigns.

Your key modules include: Salon Management: developing leadership skills, managing team dynamics, and delegation. Quality Management of Client Care: ensuring high standards in the hair and beauty sector. Management of Health, Safety and Security: maintaining a secure and compliant working environment.
Assessment on this course will involve building a portfolio of work, practical observations, and theoretical assignments. You will be taught by industry professionals in our state-of-the-art salon based at Huddersfield Centre, where you will get a sense of what it is like to own and manage a salon, and apply your learning in a practical environment.
