				Course Overview
									This course is designed to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge required by employees who are working or wish to work in a business administration role.  This course can be completed at your own pace using your own online learning space, with the added benefit of tutor feedback and support as you complete the course tasks.  This qualification on your CV will enhance your opportunities, and prepare you for further study in this field.								
				
									The course content includes understanding communication in a business environment, employer organisations and understanding how to carry out business administration tasks.  During your studies you will gain understanding in the principles of document production and information management.  The course takes an average of 10 weeks to complete but if you are working at your own pace you have the flexibility to complete the course sooner.  Upon completion of this course you may wish to progress onto our Team Leading or Customer Service courses.

If you are not eligible for funding the full course cost is £465.
