Course Overview
During these two introductory sessions you will be introduced to a range of Bistro style cookery techniques, to prepare you for the full course.
Once you have completed these two sessions you will move onto the full-length course where you will learn a range of essential cooking techniques such as sauteing, brazing and making quick sauces.
Class times: Tuesdays 17:30-20:30
