Course Overview
The Essential Digital Skills for Work qualification is suitable for all adults aged 16+ who have little to no experience with digital devices or the internet. Candidates should include job seekers, career changers, ex-forces personnel or any adult with a need to develop digital skills in the workplace. This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to learn the fundamentals of computer use in work.
This course will enable you to identify and define hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. You will also learn how to complete simple online searches, organise files and folders and solve common computing problems. The sessions on this course last for two hours.
