Discover the craft and joy of real artisan baking with our six-week Artisan Bread Making Course. From global bread favourites to buttery croissants,you’ll learn hands on techniques each week while nurturing your own sourdough starter from day one.
The course offers outstanding value and includes an exclusive Kirklees College Artisan Bread Making Apron and aSourdough Craft Kit to support your baking beyond the classroom. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and our small group sizes ensure plenty of guidance, space, and personal support

The course culminates in the creation of your signature sourdough loaf. Shaped, proved and baked entirely by you using the living starter you’ve cared for throughout the programme. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a keen home baker wanting to elevate your skills, this is a warm, friendly, and confidence building journey into the world of handmade bread.
