This course is ideal for new and aspiring junior managers. You will understand the core skills needed to deal with management responsibilities.
This qualification forms part of the Principals of Leadership and Management Level 3 Diploma . Teaching is a mixture of online and classroom learning.

Five GCSEs although other relevant or prior work experience may also be considered as an alternative. Learners will need to have access to a PC with internet connection to access online resources and complete assignments.
Progress to other qualifications at the next level (e.g. from Level 3 Certificate to Level 4 or 5 Certificate)
On successful completion of a Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership, a number of progression opportunities become available:
