Course Overview
In collaboration with VTCT, Kirklees College is offering a range of accredited Level 4 non-medical aesthetic therapy courses. These courses are designed for qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapists to polish their skills and be able to offer advanced treatments. These courses can be enrolled onto as separate units, or the full qualification, which will take one year to complete.
Embedded within these modules will be the delivery and home study of the following theory units:
Principles and practise of non-medical aesthetic therapies
Advanced consultation for non-medical aesthetic therapies
Advanced skin care for non-medical aesthetic therapies
Principles and practise of non-medical aesthetic therapies
Advanced consultation for non-medical aesthetic therapies
Advanced skin care for non-medical aesthetic therapies
The units included in the course are:
Laser and Light Devices and Hair Reduction Using Intense Pulsed Light Systems (£2,750) with use of the college’s own Lynton Laser Machine and products provided
Enhance Appearance Using Dermplaning Techniques (£150) MediMD kit will be made available with college discountapplied
Provide Cosmetic Skin Needling Treatments (£1,385)
Provide Skin Peeling Treatments (£1,385)
Provide Cosmetic Blemish Removal (£1,385) with use of the college’s own Sterex blemish removal epilation machines and products provided

You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy and over 18 to start this course.
Further study of VTCT qualifications up to Level 7.
Aside from the costs of each individual module, this course also has a registration and exam fee.
You will be assessed through practical assignments and case study work.
