Course Overview
This course covers mechanical and electrical engineering. You will also study materials, testing technology, and CAD/CAM which will provide you with a solid grounding for any engineering role. The HNC is delivered on a full time or part time basis to fit your availability.
You will also study mechanical principles, materials, properties and testing, electrical and electronic principles and Computing Aided Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM).
Throughout the HNC, you will study engineering design, maths and science. You will also learn how to manage a professional engineering project.
As well as excellent pastoral and study support from a dedicated delivery team, the course also focuses much of its delivery on sustainable and renewable engineering.

BTEC Extended Diploma in an engineering subject at MPP with maths or 64 UCAS points, including GCSE English, maths and science grade 4 (C) or above.
Upon completion of the HNC, students can progress to the Level 5 HND in Engineering (General Engineering).
The cost for our HNC in total is £8000 and has a one year or two year study option.
Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Analyst, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technical Officer.
You will be assessed by a mixture of practical skills-based tests, workplace projects, assignments and online exams.
