You will study at Kirklees College, If you do not meet the requirements for the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to be offered the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.

After 12 months (Level 2) and 18 months (Level 3)Â you will complete an End Point Assessment, this will involve the following:
Each course will cover a range of Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours as outlined by the Apprenticeship standard, these will be transferable and suitable to an administration role in any sector. Health and Safety and other role specific processes and tools will be taught in Company.
