Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Overtime, including evenings and weekends, is available Flexibility in working hours is required Working hours are project and customer-dependent

What You’ll Be Doing

Learning to operate traditional woodworking machinery such as planers, bandsaws, spindle moulders, and tenoners
Reading and understanding technical drawings with guidance
Assisting with cutting, shaping, and finishing timber to specification
Helping to maintain machinery and keep the workshop safe and tidy
Working as part of a friendly, supportive team to meet production goals
Developing your skills and knowledge in a real manufacturing environment

Desirable (but not essential)

Studying or recently completed a course in Wood Machining, Joinery, Carpentry, or a related field
Some workshop or tool-handling experience
Awareness of workshop safety and best practices
