This Learning Curve course allows you to gain a credited NCFE qualification in understanding Equality and Diversity legislation in Britain and its applications to the workplace. Throughout the course, you will learn about how to implement equality and diversity legislation at work to create a fair and respectful workplace.
This Learning Curve course allows you to gain a credited NCFE qualification in understanding Equality and Diversity legislation in Britain and its applications to the workplace. Throughout the course, you will learn about how to implement equality and diversity legislation at work to create a fair and respectful workplace.
This course is classed as ‘independent study’, There are no lessons to attend in the college or online. An assessor will be allocated to you and send you an email with induction information to complete yourself. You will be provided with login details for the college VLE for induction and separate login details for the actual course materials which you will be expected to complete and submit independently.
The course has two compulsory units: the importance of equality and diversity within different contexts, and the different issues affecting equality and diversity in society. The course is particularly suited to those working in HR or leadership, but is suitable for people working in all roles.
