Cooking healthy food at home doesn’t need to be expensive. On this fun, friendly and accessible course, you will learn how to cook delicious, healthy and affordable recipes. Find out interesting, new and enjoyable ways to use up leftovers that will please even the pickiest eaters.
You will also learn how to understand nutritional information on pre-packaged foods to help you make better food choices.
