Course Overview

Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings, 5.30-8.30pm.

This course provides you with a basic introduction to plastering to support DIY around the home.
This 7-week course will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to carry out plastering tasks, you will learn about health and safety and all about the tools and equipment you will be required to use.
On this course you will you will develop an understanding of basic plastering tasks such as: preparing resources in preparation for plastering walls, preparing various backgrounds ready for plastering, and applying plaster products to various surfaces.
On completion of this course you could develop you skills further by enrolling on our E3 Award in plastering or perhaps an alternative DIY course such as joinery or brickwork. This course is taking place on Tuesday evenings from 5.30pm – 8.30pm.

You will need to bring a pair of safety boots (steel toe).
