Course Overview
The Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring course introduces individuals to the roles and responsibilities of coaches and mentors. You must acquire the qualities and abilities to be effective in this role. It is a process that will require you to develop yourself and become confident in your ability to improve performance in the workplace. The course aims to develop mentoring skills to achieve the objectives of individuals and teams.
Studying this course will give you the opportunity to firstly, know what it takes to be an effective coach/mentor in the workplace. You will also learn how to carry out supervised coaching sessions and improve your own coaching abilities by analysing, assessing and planning. During this course you will be able to put your newly acquired skills into practice.
You will learn how to understand the impact on the individual and team needs of the coaching and mentoring process, you will understand the knowledge, skills or behaviours of individuals. You will also gain an understanding about what the individual and team need from coaching and mentoring and the construction of a suitable process to meet those needs.

This qualification is open to all learners without any restrictions. You don’t need to have Coaching/Mentoring background to study this. You just need to be able to demonstrate a good level of written English.
Coaching and Mentoring Certificate, and then Coaching and Mentoring Diploma.
Upon successful completion of this Award in Coaching and Mentoring , you will be able to demonstrate desirable skills, which will help you gain employment
