Course Overview
We offer the Level 3 Award in Education and Training as it is an introductory teaching qualification to prepare learners for employment. It is designed for anyone teaching or wishing to teach in the Education and Training sector in colleges, industry, business or the public services. For those learners already in employment, it provides an opportunity for career progression.
The course offers an insight into the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to teach effectively in the classroom or training environment. The course includes units on Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training. Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training. Understanding the principles and practices of assessment.
We offer the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement as it is a qualification for those involved in assessing both competence in the work environment and vocational achievement. It gives professional recognition for those working in training assessment and quality assurance.
The level 3 certificate is well recognised within the education and training sector. It is a mandatory requirement for some Awarding Organisations.
