The aim of the beekeeping taster day is to give a brief outline of the old craft of beekeeping, as well as stimulate participant’s interests in the fascinating world of bees in the wild and honeybees.

The aim of the beekeeping taster day is to give a brief outline of the old craft of beekeeping, as well as stimulate participant’s interests in the fascinating world of bees in the wild and honeybees.
The morning session is classroom based and in the afternoon participants will have hands-on experience of colony inspections in the apiary (all equipment provided).
