This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their knowledge and understanding of LGBT+ issues, and how to foster an inclusive environment in the workplace. This course is ideal for employers who want to improve EDI in their organisation and invest in EDI CPD for their employees, but the course is open to anyone with an interest in the topic.
