The core content you will cover on this course encompasses equality, diversity and rights in health and social care; human growth and development through the life span, and the role and responsibilities of the health and social care practitioner in relation to safeguarding individuals.
This course is taught at both our Pioneer Higher Skills Centre in Dewsbury and our Huddersfield Centre. Sessions in Dewsbury will begin 3 February and Huddersfield sessions will begin on 31 January.

A minimum of 4 GCSEs with the following grades: English at 3 or above and maths at 2 or above and two other GCSEs at 3 or above. A DBS check is also required.
Care Support Worker, Healthcare Assistants, Community-Based Support Worker, Nursing.

This course costs £540.

You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence.
