Five GCSEs although other relevant or prior work experience may also be considered as an alternative. Learners will need to have access to a PC with internet connection to access online resources and complete assignments. CMI application form and interview with CMI tutor required.

On successful completion of a Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership, a number of progression opportunities become available:

The cost of this course is £1,528.
An Advanced Learner Loan for £724 is available to cover part of the cost. The remaining £804 can be paid via instalments. Further information can be obtained from customerservices@kirkleescollege.ac.uk
Assessment is normally via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisation’s context.
