News

Students selected for exceptional achievement or major progress at Kirklees College attended a glittering awards ceremony to receive their prize.

Initial work has started this week to clear the land which will see two brand new educational facilities built in the heart of Dewsbury town centre.

A recent Government report states that the existing arrangements for post 16 education and training in Kirklees are the best option for the area.

Students from the Step Up Into Construction course at Kirklees College this week had the chance of a site visit to Pioneer House and Northgate House in the Dewsbury Heritage Quarter.
