Course Overview
If you are a technician with a Level 3 qualification, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of diagnosing motor vehicle faults in situations where no prescribed process or format is available. You will also develop your ability to provide technical support and advice to colleagues working in motor vehicle environments.
You will also be trained in how to support diagnostic equipment and information systems in motor vehicle settings, as well as how to conduct diagnostic consultations with customers in these environments.
Additionally, throughout your training, you will enhance your ability to liaise with vehicle product manufacturers and suppliers on technical matters.
You will train at our Engineering Centre in Huddersfield, where you will have access to a state-of-the-art, full-scale Motor Vehicle workshop. Guided by experts, your training will be up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
