There will be no formal examinations- you will be assessed continually, either by observation or project work. The certificate is awarded on completion of a portfolio.
Fees & Funding
Image and appearance are important in the hairdressing industry. Represent your industry well and you will win the confidence of the client at first sight. There are professional standards of dress and appearance which must be followed so you will be required to wear college salon uniform.
The amount you pay towards course fees varies according to individual circumstances – you should contact the course tutor to discuss this. Just like any other college you will be expected to pay for some essential costs. A loan is available to cover the tuition fees for the course – the Advanced Learning Loan.
