Key Responsibilities:

  • Be able to receive and process all job requests for Maintenance & Breakdown requests
  • Undertake general admin and upkeep of systems
  • Deal with customer/client calls as well as engineer queries
  • Always maintain a professional attitude
  • Have good communication skills to enable the Helpdesk to run efficiently
  • Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Raise Invoices for Clients

As part of your contract of employment completion of the Apprenticeship Training Programme forms part of your duties as well as helping your personal and professional development; the requirements to complete the programme are as follows:

  • Attend and be punctual for all induction sessions
  • Attend and be punctual for all lessons
  • Complete all required assignments with by the required timeline.
  • Build up your portfolio of evidence on-going during your apprenticeship programme.
  • Access support from your tutor/assessor as and when required
  • Access support from your manager with regards to any evidence requirements or support
  • Attend all work-based training/support sessions

Building Maintenance/Helpdesk experience preferred but not essential
Basic experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritise workload under tight deadlines
Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care
