This apprenticeship will offer you the chance to work as a valued member of a small team, food prep and correct storage of food items. All food is homemade, and cooked fresh. You will work with a friendly and hardworking team who will help you along your apprenticeship course and make sure you receive the training you need.

 

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Keeping health and safety levels high
  • Preparing food
  • Serving food
  • Taking orders
  • Answering the phone
  • Cleaning kitchen/ equipment

Training and qualifications:

  • you will receive lv2 qualification
  • you will attend our waterfront centre once a week for your college day release
  • you will receive basic kitchen training
