This apprenticeship will offer you the chance to work as a valued member of a small team, food prep and correct storage of food items. All food is homemade, and cooked fresh. You will work with a friendly and hardworking team who will help you along your apprenticeship course and make sure you receive the training you need.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Keeping health and safety levels high
- Preparation for all homemade dishes
- Assembling and eventually making desserts
- Supporting chef
Training and qualifications:
- you will receive lv2 qualification
- you will attend our waterfront centre once a week for your college day release
- you will receive basic kitchen training
