Course outline
A bespoke programme will be designed to consist of a number of modules that will best meet the needs of your managers. The programme will include a number of self-assessment inventories and tools to help people develop greater self-awareness by understand preferences for management style, learning, and communicating. The programme will equip managers with the knowledge and skills to perform effectively in the workplace, increase confidence, improve capability and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes.
