Overview

Employees, as IT users, need increased levels of skills in basic desktop technology and to be skilled in security management, IT support processes and tools, and the use of communications and mobile technologies.

Is it right for me?

The ITQ is for those who carry out sufficient IT related jobs in their everyday duties to gain a valued accreditation. The ITQ is an evidence based qualification gathered using the following methods:

• one-to-one meetings,
• assessment of evidence produced,
• guidance in unit completion,
• on-going assessor support,
• observation, and
• evidence checklists.
