Please log into KC Share using the link below:

We recommend using either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers. You will be logged in automatically, without the need to re-enter your username and password.
Logging in to KC Share from outside College
Please log into KC Share using the link below:
https://kcshare.kirkleescollege.ac.uk
You will need to enter your username and password:
Username
Please type kirklees\ before your staff username, making sure there are no spaces, e.g. John Smith would enter kirklees\jsmith
Password
Type your normal staff password.
Logging in to Email from outside College
Please log into your email directly using the link below:
https://owa.kirkleescollege.ac.uk/owa
You will need to enter your username and password:
Username
Please type your staff username, making sure there are no spaces, e.g. John Smith would enter jsmith
Password
Type your normal staff password.
Still can't log in?
The most likely cause is an expired password. Possible reasons for this include:
- The current password has not been changed before 30 day validity period is over. Staff are encouraged to change their password before the 30th day.
- Numerous failed attempts to log in with an incorrect password
- Mobile devices set up to connect to the College email system using an incorrect password. Please remember to update your email settings when you have changed your staff password.
