Leadership Development
Course outline
An interactive programme to help inspire and challenge managers. It is designed to give people a personal insight into their own leadership preferences and to increase confidence and their authority in the organisation. It aims to explore the different models of leadership and help people understand and model leadership behaviours so that they can motivate and influence others. We can design a bespoke one-off course or a programme delivered in modules over a number of weeks.

- Key leadership skills;
- Understanding culture;
- Power-bases;
- Motivation theory;
- Habits of highly effective people;
- Emotional Intelligence;
- Developing self-awareness.
In addition, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometrics can be used to help individuals develop greater self-awareness and understand how they perceive the world and interact with others.
