This course is for students who are working at entry level 3 and level 1 and want to prepare to move on to employment or supported employment opportunities.
You will be expected to carry out voluntary work or work experience. You will be supported to develop the skills you need to be successful in your work.
You will study the City and Guilds Extended Certificate in Employability and Personal Development, and improve your English and maths.
No formal entry requirements.
You will have an interview with the course tutor to make sure the course is right for you and to see if you have any additional support needs. Foundation Learning course entry requirements include a minimum of Milestone 7/8.
You will be assessed by assignments and successful work experience.
Fees & Funding
As a full time student, under the age of 19, you will not usually need to pay any course or examination fees.
