Would you like to join us working in fully equipped professional kitchens with trained chefs?

This cookery course is for students aged 10 years to 16 years.  Foods will be a mixture of sweet and savoury dishes from around the world using seasonal produce when available; which can be replicated at home.  All dishes will be produced using a variety of skills learned throughout the course.

Entry Requirements

Children must be between the ages of 10 and 16 years. Prior knowledge of cooking and being able to use a vegetable knife is essential for both courses.

Once you are of school-leaving age, you can come to college to study a catering course.

If you are 16 on completion of this course, you could progress to full time study and become either a professional chef or a food service student.
