Overview

Abrasive wheels are used in many areas and can be highly dangerous if used by untrained personnel.

This training course is suitable for all operators, managers and supervisors, who select, mount, specify or use abrasive wheels as defined in PUWER Regulations 1998.

Delegates will learn to work safely.  The course provides an understanding of current legislation and promotes awareness of the dangers of wheels, offers practical steps to reduce workplace accidents and encourages workers to adopt a culture that results in a safer workforce.
