Aged 16-24? Need to get ‘work ready’? Then our Traineeships scheme is just for you!
We can help you to prepare for an Apprenticeship, full time course and even full time employment with our Traineeships scheme.
A Traineeship combines college studies with work placements and aims to prepare you for work as well as improve your English and Maths skills and offers employability skills workshops.
Employers tell us that some young people lack the right skills and attitudes to be in the workplace when they apply for an Apprenticeship or other employment.
Traineeships were introduced by the Government to address these issues by offering:
Trainees will be aged 16 to 24 year, and the programme with us usually takes 13 weeks, and it’s free to you.
The aim following you hosting a Traineeship placement, is that we will have a better prepared, more confident “candidate” that you would then take on as a full apprentice.
